Forethought Graduate Program
2024 applications are now open!
The graduate program has been designed to challenge, transform and empower high-performing individuals like you. From day one, you will contribute to complex marketing and growth projects for our clients, solving brand, communications, product and customer experience challenges.
Graduate Bootcamp and Rotations
This is an intensive when you first join Forethought. We will cover topics such as practitioner skills, methodologies and setting you up for success; giving you opportunities to apply new skills along the way. You will then commence rotations across our departments.
Challenge, Challenge, Challenge
After rotations, you will be assigned to a team where you will be empowered to rise quickly. We will challenge you, support you and allow you to fail to learn. All we ask is that you seek to learn and enjoy the challenge. At the end of this year, you will have written many proposals, presented to clients and lead projects.
