Regular training workshops

Events held in-house, customised to meet the individual needs of employees and the business. Workshops are delivered to all new consulting staff by Forethought Partners and other experts in the subject matter, with deep market research and technical expertise, ensuring both context and relevance.

Day-to-day training to develop your ability to deliver quality consulting outcomes and to build exceptional client relationships, while working on interesting client-focused projects for various businesses across diverse industries.

In-house leadership forum

A cohort-based skill-building programme for future leaders of the organisation. A core curriculum is supplemented by formal coaching. We also run a specialised training program that supports the transition from Consultant to Senior Consultant, which is a step up in both responsibility and autonomy.

Ally program

A peer support initiative that pairs an experienced employee with a newcomer to Forethought. The ally supports the orientation of the new joiner to build familiarity with our people and processes.
