The Forethought Consulting team consists of highly skilled and experienced individuals with qualifications ranging from a minimum of post-graduate through to PhD level. Their role is to fully understand the business context of the research, as well as identify and present the key findings in a clear and persuasive manner. Forethought Consultants are expert researchers who possess a commitment to quality, strong client management skills, exceptional written and verbal expression, and an enduring dedication to add value to the clients’ business, through insightful marketing research findings and actionable recommendations.

Behavioural Science

The qualitative capability at Forethought is driven by a team of Behavioural Scientists expert in capturing insight as physically close as possible to the brand consumption/experience. Many of the Behavioural Science team are registered psychologists and are highly skilled in building rapport, questioning, identifying underlying themes in communication, and understanding non-verbal cues. All members of the qualitative team at Forethought undertake a rigorous training program and the quality of the team is maintained through ongoing professional development and mentoring, resulting in a broad and innovative range of qualitative techniques.

Marketing Science

Forethought possesses an industry leading Marketing Science team experienced in applying sophisticated analytical techniques provide highly detailed analysis and interpretation of causes and models. The team consists of PhD qualified analysts derived from fields of study such as Organisational Psychology, Econometrics, Statistics, Marketing and Management. The Marketing Science team employs industry leading methodologies and techniques, including its own patented method - Prophecy®, to provide high levels of clarity into the hierarchical drivers of business outcomes.

Info-graphics

The Info-graphics team at Forethought consists of skilled and creative graphic designers and desktop publishers, who are at the forefront of design. Info-graphics produce clear and compelling illustrations that assist in the communication of the research findings. They work closely with the Consulting and the Marketing Science teams to produce high quality graphic outputs and exhibits that ensure the key insights are presented effectively.

Technology

The technology team at Forethought is responsible for the administration of the central analysis database, including the development and maintenance of all analysis, modelling and publishing tools. In addition, the Technology team develop and deploy interactive web portals and dashboards that provide clients with online access to research findings.

Questionnaire Design

Specialist Survey Designers at Forethought support the rigorous development of quality research instruments such as questionnaires and discussion guides. Forethought questionnaires incorporate methodologies such as Prophecy®, customer value analysis, customer satisfaction and conjoint analysis (choice modelling). They are also designed to enable the analysis of market share, share of wallet, market segmentation, customer defection as well as brand and advertising tracking.
