Field Co-ordinator

The Role
An opportunity for a permanent full time Marketing Research Field Co-ordinator exists within our Field Management team, located in the Melbourne CBD.
The duties will include:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers such as field houses
- Quality assurance of suppliers
- Internal reporting on budgets, costs, margins and so on
- Contract management
- Liaising with internal consultants and external suppliers to define project costs and timing
- Project management
- Continuous improvement of internal processes
Some flexibility in hours will be required, as attendance at briefing after hours may be necessary.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to progress their career in Field Management in a leading marketing research consultancy environment.
The Requirements
The successful candidate may be a recent graduate with relevant work experience and should possess the following skills and experience:
- A business degree (or related degree or work experience)
- Experience liaising with suppliers and some experience with contracts administration
- Some experience with preparation of costing and budgeting reports
- An enthusiastic, proactive, diligent and confident approach to business
- A demonstrated commitment to quality and an eye for detail
- The ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy work environment
- A demonstrated ability to make improvements to processes that have made a contribution to the bottom line
